Dr Mohsen RezaeiHemami, MD PhD
Founder
Dr. Rezaei Hemami is a physician and health economist with extensive experience in health policy, research, and modeling. He now focuses on applying artificial intelligence (AI) to transform evidence generation and decision-making in healthcare. At Toward Evidence, he leads projects that integrate AI with cost-effectiveness analysis, systematic reviews, and policy support.
Dr Siavosh Salmanzadeh
Scientific and technical consultant
Dr. Salmanzadeh is a clinical microbiologist and university professor, with academic training from Hacettepe University, one of Türkiye’s top medical universities. His expertise spans clinical microbiology laboratory design and management, international project development, and applied research. He is currently working on innovative solutions for rapid detection of microbial indicators in water, combining his scientific background with hands-on experience in international collaboration and business.
